Help us to understand the impact of Organisational Culture, but also the impact on Organisational Culture of COVID-19

In these exceptional times, old habits now offer us less support than before. So we have to look for new habits or adapt our old habits to the new context. Bringing focus to what is important to us personally and to the organization we work for, can help us.

Our (organizational) values are ideal instruments to help us to create more transparancy and tell each other what matters most.

Examples:
Country level: look at the exit strategy of the different countries. You will undoubtedly notice the different stresses. These actions are the result of underlying beliefs (and values) and determine the results
Company Level: open communication can be a compass to determine how we deal with information: what are we going to communicate (only facts or also the process to come to that conclusion), with what frequency (one time or on a regular basis), tailored to the needs of your target audience, step by step, ….
