“Managing the context of a Transformation Program to achieve better results”
Project & Program Management
Our experience lies mainly in the program and project management and the tools that are available to make the transformation run in a structured and effective way. Aligning different stakeholders and creation of common goals are certainly ‘Key Success Factors’, but not the only ones.
Having a good idea can lead to a change and is undoubtedly the starting point. However, this is not enough to make it a successful product or service.
Transforming an idea into a viable product or service also requires structure and a particular approach. Sometimes you even have to think outside the box to find a certain creative solution and still achieve your predetermined goal or value proposition.
There are several methods available to structure and guide this process:
- Agile methodology
- Human / User Centered Design or Design thinking process
- Waterfall methodology (Prince2 related)
Which method is most effective will be determined by several factors:
- Value proposition
- Timing
- Type of transformation
- Organizational context
- Available resources
- …
It is important to discuss these elements transparently during the intake, so the most suitable method can be selected.
