Are you going through a transition or looking to make changes to your world of work, relationships or life generally?

Then read on, you’re in the right place.

(on a personal note)
A key influence for incorporating lifespan coaching in my practice was the application of psychological development theory to understanding the influence of major events and changes that we experience at specific times in our lives (e.g. adolescence, bereavement, divorce, parenthood, kids leaving home, lose your job, retirement, …), as well as how our lives unfold generally and links between the two

It seemed to me that to be a great coach I both needed to learn about these lifespan development theories and to incorporate that knowledge appropriately in my coaching practice.

So why would you choose for lifespan coaching: Some events come and go and don’t require much attention, but there are also other type of events that keep us stuck for longer. If you are currently experiencing the influence of a specific event and you want to better understand its influence on you and your environment or you want to give a different direction to your future, lifespan coaching can guide you in this.

What?

Lifespan Coaching is a person-centred approach to personal and professional development

This humanistic model of helping places you at the heart of the process. It draws on theory and best practice in non-directive coaching and person-centred counselling, both of which acknowledge the client as being the expert on him/herself, and with the capability to create their own solutions and facilitate real, sustainable change.

How?

There is no such thing as ‘a typical coaching programme’. You can have as many or as few sessions as you like, all of which will be led by you and what is happening in your life.

Several options are possible, contact us for a free introduction session. We start with an informal conversation about where you are, your issues and aspirations. If we agree to proceed, we’ll formalise it.
